Our Policy at a Glance

We want every Discovery Shilajit customer to be completely satisfied. Because our products are consumable wellness items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we will always make it right.

Section 01

Eligible Returns

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product seal was already broken upon delivery
  • The product is expired or defective

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective)
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Products purchased on discount or during sale

Section 02

How to Report a Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Email us at contact@khanayurveda.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until we confirm the resolution

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. We strongly recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery.

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us for verified damaged or wrong products
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition (for non-consumable items)

Section 04

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank transfer)
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when requesting
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
