Section 01

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order ships

Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Section 02

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 1 to 3 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote Areas & Northeast India — 5 to 8 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner availability and your location.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and states across India, including remote pin codes. We are actively expanding our delivery network.

For international shipping, please contact us directly at contact@khanayurveda.com to check availability and pricing for your country.

Section 04

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout)
  • Express shipping is available in select cities at an additional charge
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across India with a small handling fee

Section 05

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts (we will re-attempt up to 2 times)
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control

Khan Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issue.
